Harold L. PastoriusCanadian-American, born 1936

Harold L. Pastoruis, Jr. was born in Vancouver Canada, on May 10, 1936. He came to the United States in 1946 and became a U.S. citizen in 1957. He served in the U.S. Army from October 1957 to October 1959. He now lived in Laguna Beach. Pastorius majored in Language Arts in college and his formal art education was limited to occasional art classes. Although his ambition was always to become an artist, he preferred to be self-taught. Pastorius has a broad background of experience including over 10 years as a professional fine arts painter, engineering, motor and machine work, audio-visual training, and more. His work has been exhibited in the Laguna Beach Festival of Arts, the Sawdust Festival, and in galleries throughout the U.S.
