Label TextThis miniature features the Kazan Mother of God surrounded by scenes of Mary entering Jerusalem (top left), the purification (bottom left), the resurrection of Adam and Eve from hell (top right), and the ascension of Christ surrounded by disciples (bottom right). At the top of the pendant are representations of "Not Made by Hands" and the three angels that form the Old Testament Trinity, flanked by seraphim.
